Benefits may vary between collective agreements and are available for full/part employees. These benefits include: Life Insurance, Dental Insurance (Blue Cross), Group Health Care Plan (Blue Cross) and Disability & Rehabilitation insurance. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all Grace Employees. All new employees are welcome to join the Healthcare Employee Pension Plan available to them on their first day of employment at Grace Hospital. Benefits / Pension (HEBP/HEPP Healthcare Employees Benefit / Pension Plan) Life Insurance Plan: Grace Hospital offers Basic Life Insurance, ADD & Family insurance. Dental: Dental Insurance (Blue Cross) is available to part-time and full-time employees. Group Health: The Group Health Care Plan (Blue Cross) provides you and/or your family with Ambulance and Semi-Private Hospital service, Physiotherapy, Chiropody, Prescription Drugs and partial travel protection. There are two types of protection: Basic and Enhanced. Either plans are available at the employees request. Disability and Rehabilitation coverage: Disability and Rehabilitation benefit coverage is also offered for full-time and part-time employees. EAP: The Employee Assistance Plan is available to all employees of Grace Hospital. These confidential counseling services are administered by Blue Cross and are located at Employee Assistance Centres throughout Winnipeg. – call in confidence, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (204) 786-8880, toll free 1-800-590-5553 (within Manitoba) RRSP Plan: This is employee participation only. All employees are eligible to join through our payroll deduction. Packages for review are available from Human Resource Services. Canada Savings Plan: Is available to full-time and part-time employees through payroll deduction. Enrolment is limited to approximately 6 weeks every Fall (October). CISM: The Critical Incident Stress Management team is available by contacting the Occupational Health Nurse at (204) 837-0183 Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, or for off hours call (204) 931-6938. Mobility within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is available through most Bargaining Units.
