Donor Recognition
The Donor Wall, located prominently in the main lobby of the Grace Hospital, is the cornerstone of the Foundation’s recognition program for major donors, and our opportunity to honour those who have made significant contributions to the care of patients at our facility.
More than that, the Donor Wall provides donors with the means to share with the community their support for the Grace Hospital, or to cherish the memory of a loved one.
Placing your name, or a loved one’s name on the Donor Wall is a wonderful tribute that lasts forever.

The In Memoriam Program
The Grace Hospital Foundation’s In Memoriam program is for families who wish to have their loved one’s remembrance donations directed to the Foundation.
When In Memoriam gifts are received by the Foundation, a tribute is created in honour of your loved one. Letters are sent regularly to the family to provide the names and addresses of those who have donated gifts in memory of your loved one.
Our Donor Wall includes a special “In Memoriam” section where the loved one’s name can be displayed in perpetuity when cumulative memoriam donations from family and friends reach $2,500 or more.
