ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Grace Gala Dinner

Every year we receive 25,000 visits to the Emergency Room, provide 10,000 surgical procedures and see 4,000 patients in Grace Cancer Care. These people come to us for help. They depend on us to provide the best care possible.

We need your support to continue to provide the care that we are known for. Please consider supporting our Grace Gala. Join us in fabulous New Orleans on May 10, 2011 (without leaving the confines of the beautiful Victoria Inn & Convention Centre). Experience the best of southern decadence and the Creole culture. Savor the distinctive Louisiana flavor of a Mardi Gras feast and listen to the smooth sounds of New Orleans with Walle Larson.

Your support of the Gala represents an essential investment in Grace Hospital. All proceeds will be used in support of vital patient care at the Grace.

Grace Golf Classic

The Grace Golf Classic moved to the Glendale Golf and Country Club in 2010. This year, it will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011.

Seeds of Hope

Hope and healing continue to grow at the Grace Hospital, thanks to the dedicated support of our donors. Each Spring the Foundation holds the “Seeds of Hope” mail campaign, which includes a specially-selected packet of flower seeds, to symbolize this growth.

Tree of Life

The “Tree of Life – Light for Love” campaign continues to sparkle each year. Every Christmas the Tree of Life lights up the hospital grounds with more than 3,000 shining white lights. Each light represents a $15 gift given in memory or in honour of a loved one or someone special. Each donor receives a tree ornament, which acts as a token of remembrance or as a gift to the honoured.

Each light helps brighten the lives of patients at the Grace Hospital.

Host a Special Event of Your Own

The Grace Hospital Foundation is the grateful beneficiary of many varieties of community support. From bake sales to golf tournaments, you can make a difference by hosting your own special event, and designating the proceeds to the Grace Hospital Foundation.
